DMG Salad

This salad is the perfect combination of flavors coming together to company and protein or just enjoy it on it’s own. Fresh and healthy and can be transformed to add a personal touch!

1 Clam shell 4 oz. DMG mixed greens

1/2 Granny Smith Apple, Julianne

1 Mandarin orange, segments

2 Tbls Sun flower seeds (optional)

DMG salad dressing (optional)

TO PREPARE:

Add salad to a mixing bowl. Combine apple, orange segments, sun flower seeds, and DMG dressing them mix.

This salad is the perfect caves to add any protein, from grilled shrimp, chicken, or steak!

Chef’s tip: Add your favorite ingredients to the DMG mixed greens and see what you can create! Add some shaved carrots, sliced olives, almonds or walnuts. The options are endless with these dynamic and healthy microgreens.
