Delta Microgreens is a grass roots company propelled by two Solano County natives.  DMG is always focusing on the future by making sure our practices are well-versed and working to reduce our carbon footprint on this planet.  Our focus is health, education, and sustainability for the betterment of our community, which is the core of why we do what we do.

Founder, Jonathan Jones, is a chef by trade and studied abroad in Switzerland to pursue a higher education in hospitality at Les Roches Hotel Management School. He attended the school for two years gaining a more in-depth look into the hospitality industry. During Jonathan’s journey, he traveled to different countries from Switzerland to the Caribbean, took residence in Los Angeles and New York, and continued learning all that he could about the industry. He finally settled back home in sunny California on a mission to become an entrepreneur.

Founder, Lyle Bynum, has been a green thumb all his life, learning from his mother at an early age and picking up carpentry skills from his father along the way. Lyle has a wealth of knowledge and is a force to be reckoned with. Delta Microgreens is his way to express his skills daily by educating himself on farming, from learning the best growing methods to building structures on the farm when needed. Now, he’s embarking on a journey to become an entrepreneur and give back to the community that both he and Jonathan call home.

This was Delta Microgreens’ first public appearance. We had no clue what was in store for us. Hard work, sweat, and determination brought us to where we are today. That’s what keeps the fire burning.
