Broccoli

Nutrients: Rich in micronutrients! Packed full of vitamin A, B, C, E, and k. Calcium, magnesium, potassium, and high levels of sulforaphane. Flavor profile: Broccoli has a tender/crunchy texture with a mild broccoli flavor. Great as a topper to any avocado toast or add to a salad for a bust of nutrients


Radish

Nutrients: Full of vitamins A, C, E, K, and B, levels of folic acid, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, and zinc! Flavor profile: Fresh and spicy, delicious crunchy. Great as a topper to any avocado toast or adder to a salad for a bust of nutrients


Kohlrabi

Nutrients: High levels of antioxidants, fiber, vitamins A, C, B6, calcium, manganese, and potassium! Flavor profile: Similar taste to turnup, with a delicious sweetness! Great addition to any sandwich or slaw.


Arugula

Nutrients: High levels of antioxidants, phytochemicals, minerals, calcium, and vitamins A, C, and k. Flavor profile: These little babies have a very intense peppery flavor! A great addition to any salad or sandwich. They contain the same quantity of calcium as Spanish bite for bite!


Pea Shoots

Nutrients: High levels of beta-carotene which our bodies turn in to vitamin A, B6, vitamin C, magnesium, phosphorus, and folate which is an essential building block for our bodies! Flavor profile: Sweet, crisp, crunchy, and taste delicious like young snow peas. Great to have with a steak, add to your smoothie, sandwich, and will add a better texture to your salads.


Sun Flowers

Nutrients: A great source of calcium, and iron. High levels of fiber and other vitamins including A, B, C, D, and E! Flavor profile: They have a delicious nutty flavor, reminiscent of fresh sunflower seeds. Great for any smoothie or addition to a green salad for added texture.

This is our signature mix! Packed full of flavor and nutrition. Pea shoots, Broccoli, Kohlrabi, Radish, and Red Amaranth (only available in mixes) This is a great addition to any sandwich, salad, avocado toast, and smoothie!

Southwest Mix

This mix screams freshness and flavor! A great combination of parsley microgreen, cilantro, radish, kohlrabi, broccoli, and pea shoots.

Nutrients: Contains vitamins A, B, C, E, and K, amino acids, iron, calcium, potassium, zinc, and many more other nutrients. Flavor Profile: Zesty, with the dill flavor that’s reminiscent of pickles, and taste great with a variety of foods.

Living flats

All mini flats can be sold as do-it-yourself a grow kit. These mini living flats are a great addition to your countertop, table, or window seal. The mini flat is fully contestable so you can add a boost of microgreens to your compost bin of garden. Easy to manage and only needs to be lightly moist to be kept alive. We will germinate the mini for you and it will continue to grow in your home! Watch it grow and take a snip with your scissors when ready to eat. This makes a great healthy gift for your friends and family. These are our current mini flat options. Will add more throughout the year.
