DMG Burger

1 LB. Ground beef

½ tsp. Garlic powder

½ tsp. Onion powder

½ tsp. Pepper

1 Tsp. Salt                                                                                                                                                                                  

DMG Burger Topper

TO PREPARE:

Add ground beef to a mixing bowl add garlic, onion powder, and pepper then mix. Make four balls with the ground beef and patty them to your desired thickness, let burgers come up to room temp.

Place cast iron skillet (or any large pan) on your stove, turn on stove to high-medium heat. Add a dash of cooking oil to pan, season burgers with salt on both sides, add burgers to pan and cook on both sides for 3-5 minutes for desired burger temperature.

Chef Tip: Add your favorite cheese on top of burger and cover to melt. I add the cheese 1-2 minutes after the first flip for maximum cheese melt.

 

TO SERVE:

Mix mayo, ketchup, and Dijon mustard together, spread on a classic soft burger bun, place DMG burger on bun, then add DMG Burger Topper to complete this original Delta Microgreen hamburger.
